By using PlantPal services and products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Product Description and Availability

PlantPal smart watering systems are designed for indoor plant care. Product specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions but cannot guarantee complete accuracy.

3. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
• Prices are in Philippine Peso (₱) and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be completed before product delivery
• We reserve the right to refuse any order

4. Delivery and Installation

Delivery is available within Metro Manila and select provinces in the Philippines. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Installation support is provided via phone and video call assistance.

5. Warranty and Returns

• PlantPal products come with a 12-month limited warranty
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in original condition for return

6. Limitation of Liability

PlantPal Philippines Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by PlantPal Philippines Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Makati City, Philippines.
